Mateenbar™ was chosen as the reinforcement of choice in three Sydney Harbour Ferry station upgrade projects to eliminate corrosion.

Tunnel boring machines (TBM) move quicker through GFRP rebar than steel rebar. With GFRP rebar, there is no risk of damage to the TBM which often leads to costly construction delays.
